Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SHYFT, we strive to provide high-quality educational services and experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where refunds or cancellations are necessary. Please review the following policy for information on eligibility, processes, and timelines for refunds and cancellations.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Workshops: Refunds are available if requested at least 24 hours before the workshop start time.
- Courses: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
- Community Membership: Memberships, both monthly and yearly, are non-refundable.
- Collaborative Products and Services: Products or services offered in collaboration with other providers (e.g., Brain Mapping Test by Brain Infinity) are non-refundable.
2. Conditions for Refunds
- 7-Day Refund: No additional conditions apply for course refunds requested within 7 days of purchase.
- 100-Day Implementation Policy: Select courses may come with a 100-Day Implementation Policy, which provides an extended refund option if the following criteria are met:
- The user must follow and implement all teachings from the program for 100 consecutive days.
- Documentation proving the completion of each day’s tasks must be submitted.
- If, after full implementation, the promised results are not achieved, a refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Community Memberships (monthly and yearly).
- Collaborative Products and Services, such as the Brain Mapping Test by Brain Infinity.
4. Refund and Cancellation Process
- Refund Requests: To request a refund, please email support@shyft.co.in or submit a request via our designated form on the SHYFT portal.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval.
- Partial Refunds: Please note that SHYFT does not offer partial refunds for partially completed courses or services.
5. Subscription-Based Services and Cancellation Policy
- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Following cancellation, access to SHYFT services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Direct Payment Process: If a subscription was paid directly without completing registration on the SHYFT portal, please complete the registration process on the portal to activate membership benefits.
- Promotional Offers (Extra Months): If you were promised additional months as part of a promotional offer, please email support@shyft.co.in to activate the additional months.
